Is your honey raw and unfiltered?
Yes, our honey is raw and minimally filtered to preserve the natural pollens, enzymes, and unique floral notes. We never ultra-filter or overheat our honey.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glass jars?
We take great care in packaging our honey and tea accessories. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days using protective, eco-friendly materials to ensure they arrive safely at your door.

What is your return policy for food items?
